Ava Lerman

Ava co-founded Together in Motion in Summer 2025 with the goal of bringing joy and connection to older adults through dance. Inspired by her grandfather’s experience with Parkinson’s disease, she helps design and teach weekly movement classes at Bayshire senior living community. Ava’s passion lies in using rhythm to boost mood, memory, and mobility, creating uplifting experiences for residents every week.

Anita Vahidi

Anita is co-founder of Together in Motion, driven by her own family experience with neurodiverse Parkinson’s and plans to expand. She leads weekly dance sessions at Bayshire, where she connects deeply with residents and fosters an environment of laughter, expression, and gentle movement. Anita believes that dance is more than exercise as it is a way to brighten spirits and build lasting connections.

Cora Treadgold

As our incredibly dedicated class leader at Bayshire, Cora brings energy, care, and expertise to every session. She works closely with residents to help them feel comfortable and engaged, adapting music and movement so everyone can participate. Cora’s warm presence and dedication make our classes a highlight of the week for many seniors.

Molly Keng

Molly Keng is starting a chapter of Together in Motion in Arlington, Virginia! She began dancing at the age of three as a competitive dancer. She is in strong support of Together in Motion as she believes in spreading the joy of dance to residents of her community with Parkinson’s disease.

Bailey Kramer

Bailey founded the Chicago chapter of Together in Motion in the beginning of 2026. Inspired by the San Diego chapter, as well as her own family’s experience with dementia and Alzheimer’s, Bailey has expanded and organized a new chapter of Together in Motion. She brings together residents across the country through the joyful movement of dance. Bailey believes in the benefits of dancing, besides just fitness, and how it can truly unite communities.
